Last week we finished out our work week traveling to the Lexington, Kentucky area to finalize some plans for our new builds there. We met with our new vendors, nailed down our processes for a new remote market, checked out the job sites, popped by the race track (because of course, its horse country after all!) and toasted to our new chapter that is about to unfold.
The lots we have chosen to start on are in Burley Ridge subdivision about 11 miles outside of downtown Lexington in the suburb, Nicholasville. Burley Ridge is one of the newer single family subdivisions in the area. It sits nestled in the quiet countryside but with access to city utilities and city amenities. The community is rich in Kentucky history and charm. The farm land was previously used as a cattle farm as well as a burley tobacco farm, thus the inspiration for the community name.
The best news is, we expect to be breaking ground in the next month! We are extremely excited about growing the Crabbe Homes family and cannot wait to create raving fans in this new market center.
